My name is Manfred
And I have worked as a manager in the following fields:
-
Purchasing
-
Supply chain
-
Facility management and quality assurance
-
Marketing
-
Learning & Development
The constant factor in this work is that I have always had the opportunity to work with people. People with their qualities and talents, but also with their areas for development.
It was a privilege to help them hone their strengths and talents, but also
to support them in working on their areas for development.
With a coaching style of leadership, you assume that people always carry the solution within themselves.
and that you by asking questions and challenging with statements and offering challenging
tasks or projects that stimulate growth.
Through my own drive and the opportunities offered to me, I have established myself in many fields.
I have been able to develop, but I have also grown as a leader and a person.
That drive and the unwillingness to ever give up until the challenge was achieved has ensured that
I pushed myself too hard and ended up with burnout.
That was one of the darkest periods in my life, but I am here under the guidance of a
Therapist/coach burned out.
I have learned a lot, especially about myself, and I still use the tools I received every day to make myself and others aware of the boundaries that exist and how to learn to recognize and protect them.
In my mission statement, I elaborate a bit on why I started my own company.

Mission
My mission is to guide people toward more balance, resilience, and meaning in their lives. Drawing on over 30 years of leadership experience and my own experience with burnout, I offer preventive coaching and support with life questions, grief, and loss. I help people pause in time, recognize their boundaries, and make conscious choices, so that absenteeism and burnout are prevented as much as possible.
Vision
I believe in a society where people pay more attention to their inner signals and take space for reflection, finding meaning, and recovery. Burnout does not have to be an inevitable consequence of work pressure or life events; with timely guidance, people can strengthen their resilience and continue to function meaningfully, both at work and in their private lives.
